Orders
When will my order be processed
Orders are processed and sent out within two days of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods like new launches and sales, processing might take extr 2 or 3 days. We are always working as fast as posible to get your order out.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
Certainly, please email us at Orders@studiomanza.com as soon as possible so we can make the changes for you. Unfortunately, we can not change the order once it's processed and shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to track your order through it's journey to you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, International shipping is available.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
2-10 business days depending on your delivery location.
Am I able to pick up my order?
Yes. you can pick up your oder for free if you live around the GTA. Make sure you choose the "collect order" option during check out.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 10 days. This means that you have 10 days to return all eligible items after delivery.

Scarf Care
Can I machine wash my Studio Manza silk scarf?
Silk is a very delicate fabric and as such, we recommend putting it in a mesh bag to protect its natural fibres if you are considering a machine wash and sure the delicate wash option is chosen. Click here for more detailed information on how to properly care for your silk scarf.
