Please be aware that Studio Manza is not liable for any orders lost in transit. Also note that international orders could be subject to customs charges upon arrival in destination country.
Return Policy
Our return policy is 10 days. This means that you have 10 days to return all eligible items after delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that you're responsible for the return shipping fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be at clients expense.
Please be aware that Studio Manza is not liable for any returns lost in transit.
We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank/card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
